Mountain Sun White
Tasting Notes
Bright white-yellow colour with green highlights. Rich and distinct aromas, lemon and orange blossom from Roditis, rose and violet from Moschofilero. Round mouth with balanced acidity, strong characteristic aromas and a lingering lemon aftertaste.

Serve as aperitif or with fish, oysters, pasta with seafood, white meat and exotic dishes.
Excellent with any type of seafood, especially sashimi. With its subtle hints of geranium, it truly brings out the best in fresh seafood.

Mountain Sun Nemea
Tasting Notes
Deep violet colour, as an indication of youth with purple highlights. Fruity nose with aromas of plums, maraschino cherries, dry fruit and spices. Smooth and soft in the mouth, with elegant tannins. Alcohol and acidity in perfect balance.

Semeli Red
Tasting Notes
Deep red colour with bright ruby highlights. A complex bouquet of ripe red fruit, noble spices (cinnamon, carnation, pepper) as well as dry figs and plumps compose a complex and dynamic aromatic character. Full and velvety in the mouth, strongly aromatic with noble soft tannins which are in accordance with the fruit.

Serve with red juicy meat with spicy sauces as well as with dishes of spicy hams.

Bright white-yellow colour with green highlights. A delicate nose of fresh fruit and orange blossom. Good fruity impact on the palate, fresh taste with good acidity. Excellent long finish of fruit.

Enjoy it as aperitif, with seafood as well as with white sauces. Interesting is the combination with creamy pasta dishes and a variety of goat cheese.

Semeli Rose
Tasting Notes
Bright rose colour with redish highlights. Rich and clear aromas of red fruit emphasizing on sour cherry and berry-fruit compound its rich dynamic nose. Round mouth rich in aromas present in the nose as well. Elegant on the palate with long lasting finish.
Food Compliments
Serve with strong fish, white meal, veal, vegetable and curry dishes.
