Tasting Notes
Dark, sweet, with blended aromas of wild cherry conserve, blackberry, cinnamon and clove. A full mature taste with hints of spices, leaving a pleasingly sweetness. Ages well.

Food Compliments
Serve with nuts, fruitcake, conserves and chocolate morsels; can also be drunk as an aperitif or added to cocktails.
Great with Asian Steam Fish and Oriental Braised Meat Dishes too, with its underlying plum flavor.

Tasting Notes
Deep honey in colour with flashes of gold betraying its history. The esters of sun-dried figs, plum conserve and nuts are impressed in the aroma. Burnt caramel and vanilla pervade the mouth while a delicate sweetness edged by citrus rind lingers in the throat.
